The Big Day

Today is the BIG day. We have planned, talked, dreamed and talked some more about this day for over a year. Kim and Travis will become husband and wife today and we are all so excited. The kids did pretty well at Rehearsal last night, but there is NO TELLING what they'll do today.

Please say a little prayer that the whole day goes well and we have happy adults AND kids.

I know God is blessing this union and has so many things in store for this wonderful couple.

Let the adventure begin...

It is now 8:30pm. The day is over and we are exhausted!!! Baylor did not walk down the aisle--I had to hold her and Christian RAN down it:) It's all good. We had fun at the reception and loved getting to see so many people we loved in one place. I think I'll go collapse in bed now.

We're off...

Let the craziness begin!! We are off to New Yourk for the West Point graduation and then family begins to arrive for the wedding!! COUNTDOWN...11 DAYS

Then we have our trip to Vegas and then there is a certain little blue eyed boy turning 4!! I can't believe that I really have 4 year old...they grow up soooo fast.

Baylor slept through the night and seemed to be just fine. Pray for our flight and all the craziness to follow.

Tubes update

We have scheduled our tubes for Monday, May 21st...keep us in your prayers over the coming weeks and that day especially.

Busy times around here. Mim graduates on Saturday afternoon and we have a reception that evening. School is drawing to a close for Master Christian, Baylor's, tubes, a trip to NY (for Travis' graduation) and then this litle thing called a wedding. All within a month!!! Not to mention a trip to Vegas and a four year old birthday after all the other fun!!

Lingerie, Birthday and Walking

From the title you can see we had an eventful weekend!! On Friday I threw a Lingerie party for my sister...nothing too crazy, but we had fun. She turned several shades of pink and I was glad some people tried to embarass her a little.

On Sunday was Jeff's birthday!! We celebrated with lunch at Macaroni Grille with my family and dinner at Casa Fiesta with some friends that evening. (The weekend before we went out by ourselves b/c Nana and Papa were nice enough to offer babysitting as part of his present.) Jeff had to wear a big Sombrero, we sang and ate some very yummy chocolate cake. I love my hubby so much and wanted him to feel special on 'his day'...Happy Birthday Jeff!!

When we returned from dinner our sweet girl FINALLY decided to walk!!! We have been trying at this forever it feels like and finally have hope that she may waddle down the aisle in June. Jeff posted a great video below so make sure to check it out.

No favorite friday thing today b/c the people I always get the topics from haven't done it...but I do have a favorite picture to share. Christian and Jeff went to get fitted for their tux this past weekend. Christian was so excited to see 'the special suit' I've been telling him about that he decided to strike a pose:)
