At the beginning of the month the entire 1st grade sang at the lighting of the Nolensville tree.

Afterward there was cookies and hot chocolate to eat while the mayor read "The Night Before Christmas"

He waited so patiently for his turn to talk to the big man

a few days later our neighbors came over to play for the evening (their mommy and daddy went out for a Christmas party) and I couldn't resist snapping this picture

I love that little face

The Christmas program was a s cute as ever. It doesn't matter how many times I've heard the songs--they make me smile

"and spread Christmas cheer"

"Rock the baby, rock, rock the baby....baby Jesus"

We love our Mrs. Dele!!! That school is full of talented women, but I'm so glad her and Christian have had the same teachers:)

When Mrs. Dele asked "Who we should talk to before we eat?" Our daughter screams out "SANTA!!" I promise she knows better

Baylor must have good stem hands:) She was the stem on the pumpkin AND the Christmas tree

She made a picture of baby Jesus for us to display...now I have one from each of my kiddos

Christian had his class party on their last day of school. We did it in the morning and had all sorts of yummy foods: sausage balls, doughnut holes, pigs in a blanket, fruit, milk and juice.


While other kids had free play, my little reader just wanted to sit

Our LG decided to make some treats for our church staff, ministers and elders. The big girls wrote notes and the kids colored pictures.

the kids couldn't wait to make chocolate/peanut butter Chex mix (puppy chow as we call it) w/ Mim...Christian was more intrested in tasting the ingredients than actually mixing them together
