I had to show off them actually sharing something...they both love playing Playhouse Disney on the computer
No matter how many times I tell her to only use markers on paper...this is still what we sometimes get

Nana's Birthday

We met Nana and Papa at Olive Garden on Valentine's Day to celebrate her birthday on the 15th. She brought the kiddos some little treats...above she is helping Christian put on his "Happy Valentine's Day" pin and below you can see Baylor sporting some new jewelry
Christian made her a card that he wrote all by himself

We love you Nana!!

Impromptu play date

Avery on the slide

Just before Valentines Day we went to lunch w/ some of our friends and then ended up back at Macy's house to play. We were all trying to take advantage of those warm days:) Not all the Mommies were there, but all the kids had fun

Valentine Parties

Baylor had her party on Wednesday. It was so funny to watch them try to catch onto the whole delivering valentines thing. Here is one of Baylor's best friends...CarolineThey sang a prayer before eating their food and I couldn't resist snapping this picture
posing with Mommy before digging into her heart shaped brownie
Each friend had a envelope with their picture on it to make delivering a little easier
Listening to a story
Here is her second teacher Mrs. Jaquie
Christian had his party on Friday...The craft project was to paint your hand red and place it on a white heart
This is the newest boy in class, Davis. Everyone got a cool Krispie Kreme hat to go along with their heart shaped doughnuts

They played 'hot heart' (instead of hot potato)
One of the sweetest valentines a girl could ask for:)

Reading

Christian's reading is really taking off and he loves to share his skills with whoever will listen. His teacher has begun sending books home to improve there vocabulary and to practice sight words. I love both of these pictures for different reasons. The above pic just shouts teach me...
He can be so sweet to his sister and this is proof:)
This one is just a sweet father/son exchange. I also see so much of each of them in each other. (did that make sense?)

Would you believe...

It has been almost 70' in February!!! We are trying to enjoy it while we can. I took this picture of Dad the other day and thought it turned out pretty cool...the wind caught the flags just right:)
I bought the kids some new bubbles so that was an afternoon of fun:) They are getting along pretty well lately...that makes everything a little more enjoyable

Sherisse turns 30

Sherisse is one of my best friends...might as well say the best. She has become so dear to me over the past 6 years. Preston decided we would surprise her with a little party. We all waited for them at a little restaurant in Brentwood...she was surprised by the cake too. I had Publix match a piece of Zebra print ribbon and it turned out perfect.
Sherisse had no idea about her party
